Is being an accountant boring proffession?

Not if its what you feel you want to do with your life. If you want to be an accountant, then by all means, be one. If you don't like the idea. then of course actually being an accountant isn't the way to go!

I've heard that it is very repetitive, but it depends on what you enjoy doing. Do you enjoy Maths? I want to be an accountant, but if it's not the right job it can be very boring.

dont know about boring but it pays well i would be bored wouldnt you lol!!!!!!!!!!!

number crunching is boring at times but there are a hell of alot worse jobs out there.

It's not always boring regardless of what some people out there think. Try being an accountant in an industry that you would find interesting. For example, an advertising agency or film studio, or a music publishing company where you can really see what you are costing etc and the finished product?? Lots of people find their jobs boring but need to work to live. If you enjoy accountancy then go for it and good luck to you. xx

Depends on whether its what you want to do with your life! Excellent money if you become fully qualified (chartered)

I would say yes. But if you like Maths then that's fine. Most of all, it's a well-paid position :)
