Answer 1 :
You should complete your graduation first like B.Com. Then try Chartered Accountancy or Cost Accountancy. Contact those Institutes whether Intermediate qualification is enough for starting their preliminary course. You can visit their local chapters in your place,
Answer 2 :
Ok right you have to take the AAT course which will take 3 years and then you can either go to a accounting firm where they will train you to become a fully qualified accountant or you can stay at college and take the next level which will again make you a fully qualified accountant.
Answer 3 :
You can't be a professional accountant without taking the professional exams. There are no short-cuts. Various universities have degrees that are accredited by the major professional bodies: CIMA, ACCA, etc. Most professional qualifications are designed to be taken part time, by people working in the profession - it will never be quick. Get in touch with each body to find out the various routes through their qualifications. You also need to seriously and objectively assess you intellectual capability. This will enable you to select the qualification at the right level. The scale is something like this: AAT (lowest), then ACCA / CIMA, with ICAEW highest. Difficulty is linked to level.
