Answer 1 :
i think u can start doing CA after class 12th.
Answer 2 :
Sorry, but you need to work on your English first. Your question doesn't make any sense. Are you asking about admission or something in addition? It's "chartered" accountant.
Answer 3 :
maths accounting
Answer 4 :
Business, accountancy finance etc!! however chartered accountancy takes 3&1/2 years to complete, which is made up of 3 years of class and exams at the end of each year as well as 3 and a half yrs working in a chartered accountants office so before you can get signed off. depending on the degree that you settle on you may be able to receive exceptions from certain modules in yr first yr!!

Wonderful and never to old- as far as I am concerned we are always learning - and never to old- there was a woman in her 50s in my nursing class- good for her. Go for it! Especially if you are into it- be blessed- Debby
Answer 7 :

Answer 8 :
you are never to old ! good for you i hope you do well good luck
Answer 9 :
So what, if, by the time you finish, you'll be 45. You're going to be 45, anyway, you might as well be 45 with a degree! Good luck!
Answer 10 :
You're NEVER too old Enjoy
Answer 11 :
Take pride that your trying to improve your life through education. A person is never to old and to the people that put a time limit on education are the ones who are to lazy to go to class and improve. If you have siblings they will take inspiration from you and finish their course. I'm 52 yrs old and have yet to stop learning. There is something new everyday. I studied to be a computer engineer but when I saw the need for contract managers I jumped ship when I was 38 and have been an accountant/consultant ever since. Stay the course look at the diploma in your dreams and earn it.
Answer 12 :
i think it's never too late!! You aren't too old! You have been very brave to take this decision!
Answer 13 :
no, you are not. I was a mature student, and there are plenty others, colleges usually ahave a mayture students section of the \National Union of Students, so cyou can hook up with others if you want. More and more people are doing it, and with the right attitude should be good fun, nice to have a chance to be an irresponsible student when you have all the knowedge you didn't at 18...!!!! Enjoy, all the best
Answer 14 :
So, it will take 5 years at the most. You will still be 46, you may as well be an accountant. I just went back 2 years ago (I'm 34), to study the very same thing! Good luck!
Answer 15 :
Oh no way. Forty-one is young now. Good for you!
Answer 16 :
go for it you ain't old , will be good they 'll all go to you with their probs, should be fun good luck anyways
Answer 17 :
I personally think it's great that you're starting something new and it may actually inspire others to do the same thing! You have the advantage of having more experience in different fields- and think- who are they going to want when you become employable- you, because of the experience and life skills acquired. Good luck and hope everything goes well! xxx
Answer 18 :
At your age, this choice of career has greater prospects of success than some others, as a mature person acting as one's accountant would inspire greater confidence than some young "smart alec". Be confident. Keep at it. Don't be shy. You are as much part of the college scenery as anyone else!! Do NOT compare yourself with the young ones. You are YOU. Soon the college environment will begin to feel more comfortable, provided that you have the necessary talents for the course. That is really all that matters. At least keep at it til half term!! This is written by someone who went back to college as a mature student. Although I was not quite as mature as you (!), others were older than you. You are lucky to start again at your age, not too old to get a full career out of it afterwards. Enjoy.
Answer 19 :
You are never too old hon. You will probably inspire and be of help to the younger members of your group. Good luck with your new career, I'm sure you will do really well. x
Answer 20 :
Go for it! The biggest regret I have is never going to college. Today's accounting graduates command a starting salary around $45,000 per year. By the time you graduate it should be around $50,000. There is a shortage of accountants and you shouldn't have a problem finding a job. I should know, I'm the office manager of a public accounting firm. Make sure you get the hours in so you can sit for the CPA exam. I'm sure you'll be well respected by your professors. Good luck!
Answer 21 :
No way!! I wish I had the courage to go back and do some studying but I just don't ever seem to get round to doing it!! Good luck and stick at it!
Answer 22 :
You are never too old to learn. :)
Answer 23 :
Stop being so self conscious about your age and get in there and do your thing! So what if you were 82 year old and trying to better yourself. Don't use your age as reason to give up. I wish that I could have the opportunity to go back to college. I would show those young ones a thing or two! I smell success! Now get in there!
Answer 24 :
51 might be too old for a job at the end of the road. The "principles of accounts" and computer bookkeeping skills could come in useful. I think this should be on the standard curriculum. If the politicians knew elementary accounts it would be a good thing. I have never detected any such skills in the local Councillors.
Answer 25 :
Never is too old, learning and education is endless.
Answer 26 :
its never too late to do anything and ur not old as long as ur enjoying ur self
Answer 27 :
I am 37 and have almost finished a teaching degree .... I was not the oldest on the course but felt old surrounded by loads of fresh out of school youngsters (for a while anyway). However, what most of them lack is experience and you will find that you make friends - afterall you are all there for the same reason. I came away with new friends of all ages; hang on in there and GOOD LUCK!
Answer 28 :
Definately not OLD. there is no age limit on one pursing education. In fact you are more equipped now with all the skills, concepts etc. that you would have picked up along the way.
Answer 29 :
You are never to old to learn a new skill. Good on you for doing it and I hope you are successful.
Answer 30 :
You are never to old to learn. you go for it everybody else is
